Think of how lucky you are to be able to go on a mountain hike - so many people do not have that opportunity….
Cut off from the daily stress and many chores. Focus on where you are going, find the right trail, concentrate on your walking and breathing. Look for the animals and beauty all around you. They are there, you just have to open up your eyes and mind to see them. Focus and live in the moment. Think of taking a photograph in your mind. What do you see?
